Meet The Staff

The team at Mountain Bay Dental is friendly and concerned about their patient's needs. This team has works together to provide their patients with quality care and service. When you call or arrive at our office you will be greeted by Choua, Katie or LaNae. They will handle all your new patient paperwork, and insurance needs. In the back you will be greeted by one of our licensed dental Hygienist Rose or Wanda. They will take your x-rays, clean your teeth and discuss your treatment needs after Dr. Johnson completes his exam. If you need any restorative treatment they will work together with Katie and LaNae to provide you with a treatment plan for your services. When you arrive for your treatment with Doctor Johnson you will be greeted by Alicia, or Riley. Alicia is a licensed dental Hygienist and Riley is a dental assistant they work chair-side with doctor. Alicia and Riley will discuss your treatment, provide post op instructions, and address any further questions you may have. Below is a little about each of our members. Alicia enjoys working in the dental field and loves helping others. She and her family recently moved to Wisconsin from Illinois, she was born and raised in Indiana. She has two beautiful children Mya and Julien. Outside of work she enjoys working in her gardens, watching birds, hiking, camping and kayaking. Most of all she loves spending time with her family and friends.


Rose enjoys helping patients improve their oral health.  She speaks Hmong and English.  She loves spending quality time with her family and friends being outdoors and trying new things. 


Wanda has been a hygienist for 16 years.  "I enjoy helping patients improve their oral health through education."  When not at work Wanda loves spending time with her husband Richard, daughter Sommer, son Lucas, and their 12 year old dog Jersey.  Wanda enjoys spending her summers riding her motorcycle either around town or on long haul trips.  She also enjoys smoking food and entertaining all her friends and family.

Katie enjoys fishing, hiking and doing crafts. She loves to knit but never finishes anything she knits.  She enjoys spending time with her Husband Jax, their dog Skittle, and her many family and friends.  Katie speaks Hmong and English.


Maikia was born and raised in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.  She graduated with a sociology major from the University of Eau Claire-Wisconsin. She looks forward to working with a diverse community of all ages, her team, and learning more about the dental field through the daily challenges and responsibilities.  She writes and speaks fluent Hmong allowing her translate and assist with the families who may be seeking an interpreter during their visit.  In her free time she enjoys fishing, hiking, camping and traveling with her husband and daughter.  She has a passion for creativity and photography.
